To support Dr. Underwood and her Equity Leadership Task Force’s tireless efforts in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, we produced work to create awareness for the ONE Virginia Plans.

The ONE Virginia Plans served as a framework to enhance and model inclusive and equitable excellence across state government, higher education, and related sectors throughout the Commonwealth.
